Training with friends is a hot new fitness trend! I offer personal training for groups of three to four people with similar fitness goals. It's fun, affordable and incredibly motivating! I will customize a program based on the group's goals and needs.

30 Min Private Stretching Sessions
This service starts with a simple flexibility assessment. Then I'll create a personalized flexibility program suited to your needs. This will include assisted stretching that will improve your mobility, strength and flexibility. Each 30 min stretching session will reduce stress, relieve tension and rebalance your body so that you move more easily and with less pain.
If your workouts need more of a kick or just a little fine tuning, then this is the option for you. I will create a personalized fitness program for you to take and do on your own. This includes a half hour consultation and a 1 hour session where I will demonstrate and teach you your new program, and do a full fitness assessment.
